UPDATE 07/06/2021 - Pets are no longer allowed on the Eurotunnel VP service

Eurotunnel Freight would like to remind you that domestic animals are only authorised to travel with the Passenger Service.

For safety reasons, these animals cannot travel on our Freight Shuttles as drivers using the Freight Service travel in a Club Car and do not remain in their vehicle during the crossing.

Therefore, drivers arriving at Check-in with a pet on board their vehicle will not be permitted to travel. Please ensure that this important information is communicated to all your drivers who cross with Eurotunnel Le Shuttle Freight.

An awareness campaign will be carried out this month on board our freight shuttles and on our terminals with the distribution of an information leaflet in 11 languages available here.
