Please be advised that from 00:01hrs on 31st January 2024 it will be compulsory to provide a GMR (Goods Movement Reference) in addition to the current required PBN (Pre-Boarding Notification) for all freight vehicles travelling through Dublin and Rosslare into Great Britain.

Vehicles without both a GMR and a PBN provided in advance of arrival at the ports will not be permitted to check-in.
